Shipping policy

We process orders quickly to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on carrier performance and destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are nonrefundable.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout may result in delays or failed delivery. These issues are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for loss or theft. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Restocking Fee
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs. Shipping fees and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

A return may be denied or incur additional fees if:
- The item is used, worn, or damaged.
- Packaging or accessories are missing
- The return is initiated after the return window
- The item is marked as final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
